Style to Design specialise in making moulded seat foam tools. These tools are made for both new production seats and classic car replacements. The models can be made from CAD data or by hand. For most Classic car applications a seat is supplied which is then used to create a solid foam model. Modern production seats use 5 axis CNC machines to cut the model from CAD Data. Current foams available are for the Mini and early Caterham 7. These foams are exclusive to Style to Design Ltd. Please contact us with your requirements for other moulded foams.
